What We Did

The Green Exchange is America's largest green business community located in the heart of Chicago. The Green Exchange building is an iconic four-story 272,000 SF former factory being converted according to LEED Platinum standards incorporating a wide array of efficient and aesthetically pleasing green building features and benefits including an organic garden and an apiary.
