Ravenswood ArtWalk

What We Did

The Ravenswood ArtWalk , now in its 11th year, is a two day event stretching along the historic Ravenswood Industrial Corridor. The walk allows guests a rare peek at the creative arts, business and industry from the neighborhood. RAW showcases fine art, hand-made crafts, music and theatrical performances, architecture, design and more. Follow them on Facebook .

Pivotal came on board at a critical juncture for RAW to help the team reinvigorate the art walk and create a template for future years. From a complete production overhaul to strategic PR, social media and sponsorship plans, we absolutely delivered. The 2009 event was a raging success in benefiting the 40 venues spanning across 20 city-blocks, and the work of over 170 artists.

Pivotal created several special exhibits aimed at leveraging the current buzz surrounding the corridor to attract press and media coverage which resulted in a multitude of articles and live TV spots. We were able to create a sponsorship plan that brought in the most sponsorship dollars + in kind services the event had seen to date. Additionally, the event drew a record 2000 attendees and a good time was had by all!
